Individualized, 1 on 1 sessions with you and the Physical Therapist.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, assess, and identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop a treatment plan with specific frequency, duration, and long-term injury prevention starting at your evaluation.
Each session will include re-assessments, test/re-tests, and treatment intervention.
Treatments may include manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, dry needling, Graston techniques, neuromuscular re-education, exercise prescription, home exercise program, and anything else the PT deems appropriate in your plan of care.
This hands-on approach allows the PT to understand your bodies response to specific interventions and adjust accordingly to help you achieve your goals sooner.


Performance Coaching

This service is for individuals who are not suffering from an injury or significant limitation but looking to take their fitness up a level with an individualized approach.
At your first appointment, Dr. Tripp will complete your initial movement and strength assessment, talk about your fitness goals, and establish a training plan to help you achieve your goals.
These sessions will be conducted inside a local gym to allow for utilization of gym equipment.

Dr. Jess Tripp opened Longevity Physical Therapy in 2024 to bring her clients the one-on-one personalized approach to Physical Therapy they deserve. Jess graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012 from ECU with an undergraduate major in Exercise Physiology. Over the years as a PT, Jess has found her true passion is working with individuals who desire to stay active throughout their lifetime. Injury prevention is key to this and what Jess focuses on with all of her clients from initial evaluation to graduation. Jess has advanced certifications in dry needling, spinal mobilization, and rehabilitation of the fitness athlete along with multiple continuing education courses to refine her skills as on orthopedic specialist. Jess is married to Marty, who is a RN, has a daughter, Amelie, and a French bulldog, Wallace. She enjoys being outside and moving her body whether it be working out, hiking, or walking on the greenway.
