Dr. Jess Tripp opened Longevity Physical Therapy in 2024 to bring her clients the one-on-one personalized approach to Physical Therapy they deserve.
Jess graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012 from ECU with an undergraduate major in Exercise Physiology. Over the years as a PT, Jess has found her true passion is working with individuals who desire to stay active throughout their lifetime.
Injury prevention is key to this and what Jess focuses on with all of her clients from initial evaluation to graduation.
Jess has advanced certifications in dry needling, spinal mobilization, and rehabilitation of the fitness athlete along with multiple continuing education courses to refine her skills as on orthopedic specialist.
Jess is married to Marty, who is a RN, has a daughter, Amelie, and a French bulldog, Wallace. She enjoys being outside and moving her body whether it be working out, hiking, or walking on the greenway.
